Salasar with Thai Vignette Dressing.

A slice of life in the big mango, brought to you in glorious RickNoColour™.
So there I was on the BTS at just after nine in the morning. Kind of "peak time", both for passenger numbers and the chance to..... I mean "risk of having to" squeeze in there with a bunch of people. Pretty, young, female, Thai people.
In most countries, having to squeeze on board public transport on a hot day is just plain miserable. You could kind of call this morning "packed in like sardines" but that sounds like it's oily and smells bad. No, that analogy is far more appropriate to the onerous chore of getting to work in the real third world. You know - places like say, London. On that extension of the Victoria & Albert museum known as "The Underground" or that last great bastion of '70s-style overpriced pointlessness called Network Rail or whatever the hell they're calling it these days..
No more fish jokes today, I promise.
Anyway, there I am, "forced" into a rather compromising position with a number of pretty young ladies. Yet again, I have a hot little lady's rear end what would could be called "uncomfortably close" to my crotch (No doubt, that's what she was thinking. In Thai.)
So, I'm thinking "Life is good!" and trying not to let the big smile be too obvious when it occurs to me I'm a sardine, right? We're all packed in here and hey, my rear end (not a hot one, either) is also what is definitely "uncomfortably close" to the crotch of the Thai guy behind me and he's not doing a very good job of hiding the big smile on his face.
And he sure looked like he was thinking "Life is Good!". In Thai.

you think having someone close to your crotch is manna from heaven ( at least in a "tin-like" situation), no siree!
